Property Manager:

Our Property Manager is available 24 hours a day to insure proper performance and security; frequent property inspections are imperative. If emergency maintenance is required, vendors are immediately assigned to handle that specific situation: ie. flood, fire, or vandalism. The Property Manager will be available to answer your inquiries.


Accounting Services:

Full Accounting Service is provided monthly. After rental income is received, your desired payments assigned to your portfolio will be disbursed to each vendor along with a monthly owner statements and a cash flow analysis of your property. Every transaction associated with your property will be reflected in your monthly statements.

Quality Customer Service:

Heartland Property Management features a detailed screening process to make certain qualified residents reside in your property. All interested applicants are required to submit an application, give authorization to have their credit report pulled, as well as verifying employment, previous residency and references. An additional security deposit may become necessary for discrepancy information found on credit reports.

Once an applicant is given approval, an appointment is established to discuss the terms of the lease, collect rent, and the appropriate security deposit. We make every effort to keep vacancies to a minimum. Services also include resident move-in and move-out inspections. Careful detail is obtained to make sure your property meets specific standards. If an eviction becomes necessary, special care is taken to include an attorney and required police services. It is our belief that all residents, homeowners, and company representatives should be treated in a respectful and timely manner.
